 Woodford Bourne

Woodford Bourne is a brand new 19th century grotesque typeface. The design is a tribute to the historic stone cast type in the building façades of the former Woodford, Bourne & Co. in Cork City, Ireland. For many years I had admired the type’s simplicity and strength, so I decided to faithfully reproduce those letters and expand them to a fully working font with 500 glyphs per case.

A key feature of Woodford Bourne is the ability to change the feel of your typography with just one click. Switch from contemporary to vintage style by selecting “Stylistic Set 1” – this gives Woodford Bourne a unique versatility which I am sure you will enjoy playing with in your designs. More…

It is a solid, reliable “workhorse” font family that reproduces well at all sizes… it’s also great for branding and identities.

 Weissenhof Grotesk

Weissenhof Grotesk is a constructed geometric sans serif from Stefanie Schwarz and Dirk Wachowiak – two designers from Stuttgart, where the Weissenhofsiedlung, or Weissenhof Estate, was built in 1927. Their family ships with four weights, each of which has an italic. The typeface’s letterforms are inspired by modern architectural features, such as curves combining with straight segments. The straight-sided “o”, for instance, acts as a pattern for many other letters. Weissenhof Grotesk features monolinear strokes and a good amount of contrast between the stroke thickness of each weight. Its letter proportions tend toward equalisation, without becoming monospaced. The corners of each stroke’s endings are rounded-off.

 Wild Bunch

The Wild Bunch, also known as the Doolin–Dalton Gang, was a gang of outlaws that terrorized Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma Territory during the 1890s. They robbed banks, killed lawmen and held up trains. Of course its members were hunted down and ‘wanted’ posters, with that typical ‘Wild West’ font, appeared all over. Wild Bunch is a ‘wanted poster’ type font. It is an all caps font, but upper and lower case differ slightly. A set of alternate, non-eroded, glyphs for the lower case (including alternate numbers) completes this font.

 Wittingau

Wittingau is the original German expression for “Třeboň”, which is a beautiful town near my studio in South Bohemia. I love it for its calm and inspiring atmosphere and rich cultural past dating from the 12th century. The present typeface family is released as homage to Třeboň in the style of its greatest glory – Gothic Revival with classicistic decorativeness. Wittingau is excellent for music covers, book and catalogue jackets, invitations and posters. Contains many ornaments for creating decorative wallpapers.

 Winsome

How many ways can a typeface charm its reader? The aptly named Winsome offers virtually endless variety, in a friendly script face that balances the casual with the calligraphic. Customize it with over 600 alternates, swash characters, and ligatures. Winsome even includes a disconnected version via the titling feature, for even more typographic versatility. With generous letterspacing and unfussy letterforms, Winsome is always a pleasure to read.

 Wildly

Wildly is a casual, modern and hand brushed font. I've designed Wildly carefully with the intention to preserve in its glyphs the original tell-tale dry brush imperfections and a bouncy baseline for a more personalized effect even more authentic. As an exclusively Open Type release, with 622 glyphs and 50 ornaments, it has several special alternatives for all letters with lots of possibility an an infinity of combinations. There are plenty of options to allow you to create something unique and special: standard and discretionary ligatures, swashes and stylistics alternates for each letter. These lovely fonts have already an extended character set to support Central and Eastern as well as Western European languages.

This will help your creativity and make it easier to make the impressive and elegant typographic work. This font is a perfect choice for greeting cards, posters, labels, t-shirt design, logos, and more. Wildly was designed to make your project more beautiful and attractive! To activate the optional glyphs you may click on buttons in any OpenType savvy program or manually choose the characters from Glyph Palette.

 Wink

Wink has been created as the result of exhaustive research, trial and development. It is an OpenType set of fonts which appears in a friendly and fun way, with a new twist on what Joluvian has previously created.

Full of personality, with a brave and strong creative line, it is intended to reflect authenticity when being used in all types of media and styles. The ornaments offered in this font work as a graphic resource that expand all the possibilities for Wink users.

Although Wink is inspired by traditional calligraphic flourishes, its modern twist makes it elegant and simple at the same time. It’s not  completely a brush type but it has been created with the same calligraphy base Joluvian usually works with.

Wink also has a caps version with the same style of the script. Both versions could work perfectly, individually or together.

As usual, the type has been developed with Ale Paul for Sudtipos, and the collaboration of Macus Romero has been essential to illustrate the style that Wink represents.
